We all know how much communications plays a roll in our daily lives and how dependent we have all become because it. With the many different choices that we have nowadays with service providers it can be hard to make the right choice.
That's where Jean can help. As an independent service provider Jean is a one stop shop for high speed internet, home phone service, wireless services, energy services (natural gas & electric), satellite tv,  home security services and payment processing services.
Jean says "I have continued to work in the daily operations of the business. Helping people to create a better financial situation for themselves and their families never gets tiring. And showing customers how to lower their bills on essential services is rewarding."
"Customers choose me, for their services because, I meet their need through consultative selling."

Jean is also a very active member in our community with the St, Vincent de Paul Society at OLPH catholic church on Miller & Indian School. She enjoys being able to give back and see the results of her work along with all of the others who are involved within the OLPH family.

I sat down with Jean and had a chance to learn about her business and what she does.

If you had to look six months to a year down the road, where would you like to see your business be?
To be able to double in size in terms of revenue and clients.

If you have ever had a case of lice in your household then you know it can a scary issue and you want it taken care of immediately and done right the first time. One local Scottsdale resident is here to tell us that it doesn't have to be such a scary scenario. Heather is a local south Scottsdale resident who specializes in helping parents with dealing with this issue. She has been doing this service for years and wanted to create her own business because she wasn't happy with the way other lice removal businesses ran their operations. She knew that she could do better with regards to the way people were treated and also do it for less money.
Oh and did I mention that Heather is also a licensed massage therapist?  Yes she is and she has been providing this service for many years as well.
After spending many years at a couple of the valley resorts she decided to go out on her own and help people with not only the massage therapy itself but to also provide one on one health consulting as well. A massage will only help in the short term if you aren't taking care of your body as well. Heather is well versed in personal health and when she combines the two then her clients are better off in the long run.

After being able to sit down with Heather and ask her some questions about her businesses, this is what she had say.

What was the toughest thing you went through when opening?
Marketing was the hardest part of opening both of them. azlicepro was hardest because the competition.

If you had to start over from day one what would you have done differently?
It would be renting a office/studio rather face the stigma of running it out of my home.

What is the toughest part about having a business in 2016?
Appointments being needed on the same day for both businesses. To avoid scheduling cancelations you switch a same appointment basis.

Massage is important to choose your health rather than just connivance issue.

Word of mouth.

Lice is about education to price issue.

Has the Internet played a big roll in your business as it has become more prevalent?
